The museum store offers the unique opportunity to purchase a California Bear Flag or U.S. flag to be flown over the California State Capitol. Flags are made in America of long-lasting nylon, UV and fade resistant, and reinforced in the corners and hem. Flags are flown daily year-round, weather permitting, excluding weekends and Capitol museum holidays. Allow five business days to process your request, which includes a commemorative certificate.

You may include a personal message on the certificate to honor a special occasion or event. Please specify the future date you want the flag flown and personalized message in the “order notes” field.
