Plush horse with California Highway Patrol (CHP) toy badge. The CHP Mounted Patrol Unit (MPU) can be seen in and around Capitol Park in downtown Sacramento. The primary purpose of the MPU is to establish a law enforcement presence and enforce the laws near the State Capitol. Our plush horse is a mini-replica of “Dozer,” a 16-hands tall, Brabant Draft horse. Wearable wood badge is 2” high X 2” wide with bar pin closure. 8” plush horse is made from recycled bottles. Ages 3 and up.
